While we make every attempt to keep our on-hold times down,
occasionally items out of our control -- such as boating seasonality -- average hold times
may increase. For our VIP customers, we manage the hold times so that if it goes beyond a
five minute limit, a call-back is scheduled for the convenience of our customers. For non-VIP
customers average hold times are under 10 minutes with scheduling on a pay-per-incident basis.
