These centers manage Toughbook repairs—which are turned around in two days or less, 90% of the time—whether or not they are covered by warranty. |

| Panasonic's Limited Hardware Warranty covers most Toughbooks* for three full years from the date of purchase. In the unlikely event that you should have a problem with your Toughbook, Panasonic will repair them at absolutely no charge. The Limited Hardware Warranty also covers batteries and other consumable items for one year from the date of purchase. |

| Priority Exchange |

| By calling 1-800-LAPTOP5 (1-800-527-8675), you can request end-user replaceable components covered under warranty and have them shipped free of charge. Depending on the model, these may include hard drives, floppy drives, AC adapters, batteries and CD-ROM drives. Your Toughbook will be up and running by the next business day, provided the call is received by 3:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time. |

| The Toughbook Service & Support Programs include service for in-warranty Toughbooks that need to be sent to Panasonic’s National Service Center in Kansas City, Kansas. By calling 1 -800-LAPTOP5 (1-800-527-8675), you'll reach a live service specialist who can help diagnose your problem.
If you experience a hardware problem, Panasonic will provide for, at no charge, the shipment of the units to the repair center, repair within 48 hours of receipt, 90% of the time, and return of the units via next day express service. |

The Toughbook Service & Support Programs are not limited to telephone support. You are also protected by a network of Field Service Managers. They have focused expertise in specific industries and are strategically located throughout the country to provide local and escalated customer support. These Field Service Managers also make periodic customer satisfaction visits, discussing issues like productivity, unit performance and future design ideas.

| Out-of-warranty Service |
|
Toughbooks that are out-of-warranty can still be repaired by Panasonic’s National Service Center. By calling 1-800-LAPTOP5 you will speak with a service specialist who will help determine the nature of your problem. If you decide to service your Toughbook, Panasonic’s repair center will fix them—usually within 48 hours—and return them to you via your chosen shipping method. If you decide not to repair the units, you will only be charged a diagnostic and return-shipping fee.

| Redeployment Service |
|
Panasonic covers your Toughbook throughout their entire life cycle. Our team will prepare your Toughbook for redeployment to company employees or for donation to charitable organizations. We’ll also clean your machines, perform diagnostic checks and conduct transactions should you elect to resell your Toughbook. If you choose to dispose of your units, Panasonic will irrevocably remove the data from all hard drives and dispose of the units in an environmentally - appropriate manner.
