Nobeltec Visual Navigation Suite sets a new standard for powerful yet simple navigation. VNS features include real-time tracking , quilting for seamless chart integration, an automatic RouteWizard, unlimited route and waypoint creation, GPS upload/download support, night vision integrated ETA calculator and auto-pilot support. VNS also includes Nobeltec’s ChartBlending and ChartDraping features , enabling you to combine different chart types together for even greater chart detail. Also included is the popular Tides & Currents software for North America which provides predictions through the year 2100.

For real-time GPS tracking, Nobeltec Visual Navigation Suite is compatible with any GPS that outputs the standard NMEA 0183 data sentence. Visual Navigation Suite is also compatible with more brands of GPS for upload and download transfers than any other marine navigation software program.

In order to load Visual Navigation Suite on your PC, your computer must meet the following minimum system requirements.

• CPU:Pentium® 4 equivalent or higher
• Memory:512 MB RAM
• Hard Drive Space: 160 MB plus additional space required for charts
• Display:1024x768 resolution, 32-bit color video
• CD-ROM for vector charts, DVD for optional data
• Available serial port for GPS connection*
• Available USB or Parallel port
Recommended:
• CPU:Pentium® 4 (3.0 GHz processing power or equivalent) or better
• Memory:1GMB RAM(or more if multiple high end features are used concurrently
* If you do not have an available serial port, a SeaLevel® Serial-to-USB port adapter may be purchased separately, requiring only an available USB port.
